About us: Pavco Furniture has been in business for more than 10 years. We manufacture and distribute domestically outdoor furniture to large and small complexes in various industries including large national accounts. We are a quality driven manufacturing and servicing business to our customers and are passionate about what we do. Ownership and management work in the office and participate in the excellence of its products and services as well as the support of its staff.

Overview:

This position interacts daily with the sales team and customers as well as other internal staff, coordinating quoting through shipping of customers’ orders. This position monitors and tracks all aspects of the order including manufacturing and shipping. Further, this role is responsible for working with sales to collect prepayment deposits and open invoices due. This position may be assigned to work with one or more sales reps. The assignment will be determined at the time of offer.

  • Presales support
  • Preparation of quotes ensuring all internal requirements are met.
  • Review and prep quotes to ensure minimal errors in data entry using an order checklist which includes:
  • Confirming all contact information including e-mails for invoicing
  • Handle any certificates of insurance required by the customer.
  • Confirm estimated sales tax for the order or manage exemption certificate if exempt.
  • Support customer interaction with sales.
  • Confirm shipping dates prior to shipment.
  • Confirm and prepare shipping documentation.
  • Support customer managing inquiries.
  • Clear and consistent communication between all parties involved in a project.

We are looking for an individual who is polished, organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated to enhance our Sundrella team. The CSR will serve as a representative of the company when interacting with clients and vendors.

Requirements:


Minimal Qualifications:

Comfortable with customer interaction via telephone

2-5 years customer service experience

Attention to detail including the ability to manage paperwork.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong team player

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

All minimal qualifications as mentioned above as well as:

Experience working within Salesforce.

Strong Data Entry

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited information exists.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.

Ability to communicate in a business manner with clients, internal employees, and outside sales agents during phone conversations and in person.
