YOUR VALUE:

This role is responsible for managing and developing relationships with ACU-RITE brand channel partners in order to increase sales revenue and market penetration. The expectation is to collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and execution of sales strategies. A deep understanding of both the ACU-RITE brand and the channel partners we serve is required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support Regional Sales Managers and brand channel partners technically, so they can successfully close a deal for the brand products.
  • Be up to date with current and new product information, market trends and competition offerings.
  • Actively identify, recruit and train new brand channel partners where gaps are identified.
  • Manage, train and develop existing brand channel partner relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and service to develop and execute effective sales strategies and customer needs.
  • Leverage internal and external service support resources to ensure effective customer satisfaction and furthering our Service group profitability objectives. Facilitate service training schedules with Channel Partners and internal coordinators.
  • Conduct sales training and provide ongoing support to brand channel partners through a comprehensive certification check list.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product line and industry trends.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10 years of successful sales experience in the machinery industry.
  • Advanced problem solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience managing channel partners and developing effective distribution strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
