At Clear Concepts, we assist clients in the technology and communications field with their sales, customer service, and outreach strategy in the local San Rafael region. Through direct communication, informational discussions, and thoughtful service, our sales and account management teams provide excellent solutions to technology issues in our community. Our work is ever-evolving, and we are looking for an Account Manager Trainee who operates on that same wavelength.

In short, our Account Manager Trainee and Operations teams aim to combine active listening and organizational processes to drive our clients toward their engagement and sales goals. Each Management Trainee is equipped with the industry and client knowledge necessary for success through entry-level training on consumer preferences, sales, customer service, market trends, and business practices. Account Manager Trainee Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging presentations to potential customers, and be able to overcome objections and address customer concerns to facilitate the closing of sales
  • Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively to drive customer enrollment 
  • Foster a collaborative environment among the Account Manager Trainee and Sales Support team and ensure effective communication and coordination with the sales representatives
  • Update and maintain customer information in the company's CRM system
  • Continuously seek ways to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall sales support operations
  • Work toward achieving or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the sales manager
  • Provide additional information, answer questions, and nurture leads to conversion
  • Seek mentorship and guidance from experienced sales professionals to enhance your performance

Preferred Skills & Experience of our next Account Manager Trainee:

  • The ability to build rapport with customers, listen actively, and establish trust is crucial in sales.
  • Basic organizational skills are required for this role
  • Proficiency in using basic computer applications, email, and customer relationship management (CRM) software can be useful
  • The ability to influence customers' decisions in a positive way while addressing their concerns is a core skill in sales
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to create creative solutions to customer objections and tailor product recommendations to fit their specific needs



This position will involve in-person collaboration with various departments within our organization and we are looking for candidates who can reliably commute to and from our office in San Rafael, CA. If chosen for the position, the ideal candidate would be available to start within 2 weeks of receiving an offer.
