Responsibilities:

Keep the interior and exterior of the building clean and organized. Completion of projects requested by the building service manager or the owner of the company.

  • Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones
  • Cleaning restrooms, including sanitizing surfaces and restocking supplies
  • Perform cleaning duties adhering to approved department cleaning procedures
  • Removing trash and sanitizing trash containers
  • Performing Housekeeping duties to include Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, dusting furniture and equipment
  • Small Landscaping - weed removal, snow removal
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of common areas including meeting rooms and breakroom
  • Stocking supplies as needed
  • Performing other cleaning duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Experience in cleaning is preferred
