Job Title: Janitor Busser

At Twin Peaks, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitor Busser to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and sanitized environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to uniform standards and maintain a clean and organized appearance at all times.
  • Ensure that all areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms, are clean and sanitized.
  • Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment, and ensure that all necessary cleaning supplies are readily available.
  • Participate in regular cleaning and sanitizing procedures, including but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting.
  • Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining a well-stocked pantry.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including but not limited to, assisting with special events and maintaining a clean and organized break room.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Janitor Busser or in a similar role.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and understand the policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
