EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Business or equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience in selling systems. Preferred Industry or application experience with Water and Energy or similar facilities. Proven results identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships and a track record as a deal closer in highly technical sales markets.



COMPETENCIES

KNOWLEDGE:

  • Microsoft Office Suite; ERP systems, ADP, Epicor and/or D365 is beneficial. Familiarity with EPM tools (e.g., Hyperion, TM1, etc.) preferred.
  • ·Customer and Personal Service (intercultural skills, service minded) — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Administration and Management – knowledge of business and management principles involved in P&L management, human resources staffing and evaluation, leadership technique and coordination of people and resources.
  • Mathematics-Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
  • Law and Government-Knowledge of laws, legal codes, precedents, government regulations, and agency rules.
  • Personnel and Human Resources expertise — Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, learning and development, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
  • English Language-Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar.
