We are seeking Client Representatives to join our growing team

The Client Representative will be responsible for providing information surrounding clients' products and services, answering all questions and concerns, and ensuring each guest has an all around positive experience. An entry-level position like this is ideal for ambitious individuals who enjoy working face to face with consumers and providing solutions to consumers' problems.

Daily Responsibilities of Client Representative:

  • Identify and acquire new customers in a retail sales environment through direct customer relationships
  • Inform customers of the benefits received with our clients products and services tailored to their needs
  • Respond to customer requests promptly to meet customer commitments
  • Work closely with the sales and management team to foster a collaborative approach to sales and customer service, drive revenue, and meet company goals
  • Maintaining positive business relationships
  • Maintain positive member relations at all times by using good judgment and the ability to multitask

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, retail, or other related fields
  • Ability to perform Account Retention
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Prioritizes and plans work activities
  • Self-motivatedWork efficiently and effectively, both independently and as a team.
  • Degree or relevant coursework in related fields is preferred, but not required
