Duties

Job Purpose:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining your stores standards while setting you and your team up for future growth. You’ll work alongside the Store Manager in every aspect of your store’s day-to-day operation and plans for future success. You’ll play a major role in upholding the standard for amazing customer experiences, top-notch employee performance, and budget-beating sales.

-Have prior Bicycle Retail experience and strong organizational time management skills.

-Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with your schedule, always remaining open to learning and continuous improvement.

THIS POSITION WILL SUPPORT 2 LOCATIONS (FORT MYERS AND SW FORT MYERS)

Requirements

Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In-person
Schedule:
·40-45 hours per week.
·5 days per week, with an occasional 6th day if needed.
·Weekday and weekend shifts
·8+ hour shifts
