The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing and improving production processes in a power electronics manufacturing company. This includes developing efficient layouts, optimizing workflows, and reducing waste. The Industrial Engineer will also work with other engineers and technicians to troubleshoot problems and implement new technologies.

What You Will Be Doing
- Design and implement production processes that are efficient, effective, and safe.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles.
- Work with other engineers and technicians to troubleshoot problems and implement new technologies.
- Ensure that all production processes meet quality standards.
- Document production processes and procedures.
- Train production workers on new processes and procedures.
- Evaluate manufacturing processes and make recommendations for improvements to optimize performance.
- Work as a member and leader of various audit teams to ensure the most effective results are produced by the group.
- Perform on-going research and evaluation of equipment, processes, and techniques used externally in the industry.
What You Need for this Position
- Proven experience as an manufacturing engineer
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering (preferred)
- Conscientious and responsible
- A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
- Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods.
- Experience with power electronics manufacturing is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
