What you get

In addition to a full suite of medical benefits, discounts on cars and parts, employee appreciation events, and paid time off (for holidays after 90 days and paid vacation after first year), Sales Consultants have the benefit of sales-based commission and have a day off in the middle of the week in exchange for working Saturdays (ski days, here you come).  Because of our great brand name, our large inventory, our high visibility locations, and our commitment to creating lifelong customers, you’ll also have the ability to sell more and earn more.


New to the industry? If so, for your first three months as a team member, we will compensate you $3,000 per month and 50% of the normal commission rate, or your full commission, whichever is higher Top performing sales consultants at our stores make $150,000 to $200,000 per year.

To qualify specifically for this role, we require candidates to:

  • Have a valid drivers license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record
  • Have the flexibility to work a schedule that includes Saturdays and some holidays
  • Have the ability to be licensed to sell cars in the state of Colorado
  • Bring an approachable, friendly attitude, and superior customer service skills, including the ability to overcome objectives
  • Have the ability to learn quickly about all makes and models of Chevrolet vehicles
  • Be self-motivated and organized with a competitive style and sense of urgency


In addition, we’re most interested in candidates who also have:

  • Prior sales or service experience in a customer-centered industry
  • Prior experience with an automotive dealership


Depending on how far candidates proceed in our process, you will be required to pass a background check which includes a drug test.  All candidates must be authorized to work in the US.
