Sampson Regional Medical Center is seeking a HR Specialist to join the Human Resources team


Description:

The selected applicant is responsible for answering frontline benefit questions, attending job fairs, creating advertisements, interviewing applicants, and nurse recruitment. Manages the employment process and the clinical student clearance process. Other responsibilities include completing projects, accomplishing team goals, achieving recruitment metrics, and completing other tasks for the effective operation of the department. Demonstrated computer experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Meditech. Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills. Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, marketing or related field required. Three plus years of experience in HR to include benefit administration and recruitment preferred.
