DMV Title License Specialist/Office Assistant

Position Overview
The License Specialist will be facilitating, prepping and ensuring all DMV title paperwork is filled out correctly for each auction. In addition, the License Specialist will need to have or train and test for a Wisconsin DMV Salespersons License upon employment acceptance.
Duties/Responsibilities
Organize, update, and maintain title log book
Organize and prep titles for each auction
Transfer/Process titles to the buyer - in state and out of state (online and by mail to DMV or Customer)
Order titling supplies
Mailing titles
Verify that titles are signed correctly and ready for the sale
Checking and insuring inspections are completed and posted
Answering any questions that arise
Cashiering and ensuring that title fees are added to invoices that have title items
Facilitate phone calls on any title information
Verify that VINs are correct on website
Answering phones
Scanning office documents
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Basic mathematical skills for handling cash
Attention to detail
Ability to solve any problems that occur quickly
Strong communication skills
Demonstrate strong customer service
Ability to follow directions
Knowledge of computer skills
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma
3 years of previous DMV title experience
Licensed in WI to process titles for the DMV
