Summary:
We are seeking a Health Information Manager for a temporary-to-permanent hybrid role to oversee the Release of Information function. This role is crucial for managing and ensuring compliance with health information policies, maintaining medical records, and partnering with clinical leadership to meet performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage release of medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, CMIA, 42 CFR and other regulations.
2. Develop, update, and enforce policies and procedures for health information management.
3. Collaborate with clinical leadership and support continuous improvement efforts.
4. Supervise and train staff in a hybrid/remote environment on health information practices.
5. Ability to resolve issues independently while ensuring confidentiality.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Minimum Requirements:
1.At least 3 years of experience in health information management and 5 years in a supervisory role preferred.
2.Proficient in health information management policies, Microsoft Office, and EPIC preferred.
3.RHIT or RHIA certification preferred.
4.High School Diploma required
5.Degree in Health Information Administration or similar field preferred.
6.Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
