Job DescriptionJob Description- Job requires an associate's degree in accounting and/or prior experience in the field.
- Must have knowledge of basic accounting principles, and experience with handling company payroll taxes, sales tax, use tax and CAT.
- Should be proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online, including managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, routine journal entries, bank reconciliations and financial reports.
- Position involves assisting the President and VP with financial analysis.
- Applicant should be experienced in using Microsoft Office and Ohio Business Gateway.
- A consistent career path without any unexplained employment gaps is necessary.
- The job requires strong interpersonal skills to positively relate to both customers and staff.
