Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are in need of our next great Rental Agent. The ideal candidate can seek out potential clients and turn them into actual customers. You should be knowledgeable in the local real estate market including neighborhoods, school districts and zoning ordinances.

Compensation:

$35,000

Responsibilities:
  • Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing
  • Process contracts with tenants and collect security deposits to ensure closing of the deal
  • Validate all personal references and rental application information
  • Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards are being upheld
  • Become acquainted with client expectations of housing and finances and highlight properties that meet those expectations

  • Advertise available properties using a variety of social media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties

  • Show prospective tenants' properties and highlight the provided amenities to help ensure the rental contract

Qualifications:
  • Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems
  • A proven record of sales experience and success
  • Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
  • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written

  • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Excel
