Business owners are very busy and often fail deadlines and we, therefore, seek to provide quick efficient service when called upon. We are growing and have plans to increase our Commercial Lines volume. Base salary begins at $60,000 but, depending on your experience and proven degree of competitiveness will go much, much higher.

Responsibilities
  • Ability to take information provided by prospect and develop a quotation providing all necessary basic coverage and add endorsements required to address insurance needs unique to this commercial exposure.
  • This requires above-average computer ability to; Quote, sell and maintain on a continuous basis, all ordered changes, all telephone calls requested and when that request was completed.
  • Contact insured 60 days prior to renewal to ensure renewal currently reflects all changes or additions to company Operation
  • Claims Handling
  • Maintaining a book of business with great care and adapting to changing environment with insured and the markets.

Requirements
  • Licensing: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • A life and Health License is a bonus
  • Experience: Previous insurance experience is required.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities to engage effectively with clients.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to contribute to team success.
  • Professionalism: Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions, maintaining confidentiality and trust.
