As a Human Resource Generalist/Onboarding Specialist at Wasatch Behavioral Health, you will work closely with the HR Director to ensure compliance with HR laws, manage benefits and leave administration, and oversee compensation and wellness initiatives. In this role, you will lead a team of HR staff, assisting with employee relations, training, and special projects. Your responsibilities will include updating compensation records, conducting employee orientation, and coordinating wellness programs.
