As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for developing CNC programs and instructions that drive our state-of-the-art machining processes. You will work closely with our skilled machinists and engineers to ensure the efficient and precise production of components used in our products. Your expertise in CNC programming will be critical in maintaining our competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret technical drawings, models, and specifications to develop CNC programs for various machining operations.
  • Optimize CNC programs to maximize machining efficiency while ensuring the highest level of part accuracy and quality.
  • Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for different materials and machining processes.
  • Collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot and fine-tune CNC programs for optimal performance.
  • Conduct thorough testing and simulations to verify CNC program accuracy and identify potential issues.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machining processes and reduce cycle times.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of CNC machine capabilities and stay updated on advancements in CNC technology.
  • Follow best practices for tool and machine maintenance to prolong equipment life and minimize downtime.
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
