The Native American Community Clinic (NACC) is seeking a motivated and experienced Healthcare Project Manager to join our team. This is a high-level position that plays a vital role in supporting the successful implementation of critical programs across the organization. The right candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality, culturally competent dental care that makes a meaningful and measurable difference in addressing oral health disparities within the community we serve. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing NACC's impact on oral health through leadership, program development, and patient care.

As the Healthcare Project Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing administrative and project management support for a variety of initiatives. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth development and launch of our new mixed-use affordable housing and clinic development, while simultaneously driving program implementation excellence across NACC's existing operations.

New Clinic Development Project Management:

  • Support the project team with budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management for the construction of the new clinic and mixed-use development.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal stakeholders involved in the construction and relocation process.
  • Oversee the transition of existing clinic operations to the new location.
  • Program Implementation and Optimization:
    • Provide administrative and project management expertise for various program areas, including both clinical, non-clinical and healthcare grant programs.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop program-specific policies and procedures.
    • Create comprehensive implementation plans and timelines that align with NACC's resources and capacity.
    • Oversee the implementation process, ensuring programs are launched effectively and efficiently.
  • Track program progress, identify roadblocks, and recommend solutions for continuous program improvement.
  • Leadership Team and Board of Directors Support:
    • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare materials for the leadership team.
    • Proactively anticipate needs and provide strategic support to senior leadership.
    • Manage board of directors’ calendar, interface between leadership team and board, project manage leadership deliverables to the board. 

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in healthcare program development, implementation, and administration.
  • Proven experience in project management methodologies, with a track record of successful project completion on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a non-profit setting (highly preferred).
  • Experience working with the Native American community (a strong plus).
  • Experience operationalizing a new clinic (a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
