Animal Emergency Center of Sandy Springs is dedicated to providing exceptional emergency veterinary care for pets in our community. Our compassionate team is committed to delivering top-notch medical services while ensuring a supportive and caring environment for both our clients and their furry friends.

We are seeking a Part-Time Client Service Representative to join our team and cover weekend shifts. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth operations during our busiest times and ensuring a high standard of client and patient care. Prior experience as a veterinary receptionist is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Greet clients warmly, manage check-ins, and provide support during their visit.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage wait times, and ensure efficient patient flow.
  • Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately input and update client and patient information in our system.
  • Payment Processing: Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage financial transactions.
  • Emergency Handling: Respond to emergency situations calmly and efficiently, ensuring that clients and patients receive timely care.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise to Be Successful
  • Experience: Prior experience as a veterinary receptionist or in a similar role strongly preferred.
  • Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, compassionate demeanor.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Flexibility: Availability for first or second shifts on weekends. Some additional shifts may be available as needed.
