Position: Outreach Specialist
Schedule: Primarily afternoons, evenings, and weekends; Full-time 40-hour weeks. Flexible part-time schedules available.
Salary: Starting at $17.00/hr., with additional commissions.

As an Outreach Specialist at Aspen Contracting, you'll embark on a journey of discovery, connecting with homeowners and forging meaningful relationships in your community. We're looking for individuals with a natural knack for communication, a passion for problem-solving, and a dedication to delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities:
- Engage with homeowners to discuss their exterior restoration needs and share Aspen's solutions.
- Cultivate relationships with potential business partners to expand our network and reach.
- Distribute informational materials and educate prospective customers about Aspen Contracting.
- Represent Aspen at local events, home shows, and trade exhibitions.
- Coordinate appointments and collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Embody the Aspen brand and values in every interaction, leaving a lasting impression on every doorstep.
Benefits:
- Healthcare coverage available starting on the 1st of the month following 60 days of consecutive employment.
- Eligibility to enroll in our 401(k) program on the 1st of the next quarter after one year of consecutive employment.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building connections.
- Ability to work outdoors and walk 3-5 miles daily.
- Access to reliable transportation for daily commuting.
