About Us:
Join a renowned and compassionate non-profit organization in the St. Augustine area, dedicated to helping children and adolescents in the foster care system. We are searching for an Adolescent Therapist to join our dynamic mobile team. Our clients, aged 11-21, require therapeutic support for mental health disorders and co-occurring substance abuse issues. We follow an integrated service delivery approach, utilizing a team of professionals to comprehensively address the needs of the young individuals and their caregivers.

Responsibilities:
As an Adolescent Therapist, you will:
- Conduct risk assessments and coordinate communication with relevant parties to provide outcome recommendations.
- Maintain knowledge of involuntary psychiatric evaluation procedures.
- Schedule and coordinate individual and family therapy sessions.
- Maintain a comprehensive list of community providers for referral services.
- Follow up and report all progress to relevant parties involved.
- Act as the primary therapist for a caseload of up to 15 youth.
Requirements:
- A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy disciplines, or Psychology.
- A valid FL LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT license.
- At least two years of experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families, providing therapeutic mental health and/or substance use services.
- A valid Florida driver's license.
