Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using design software.Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure the project runs smoothly.Manage timelines and oversee the installation process to ensure the design is executed as planned.Prepare and present detailed cost estimates and proposals to clients.Assist clients in making informed decisions that balance their design preferences with budget constraints.Close sales and manage contracts to meet or exceed sales targets.Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen & Bath Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 20-20 Design.
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction practices, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
