Embark on a rewarding career journey as a full-time HEZ Community Outreach Specialist (Bilingual), joining our dedicated Health Enterprise Zone (HEZ) Project team.
In this role, you will focus on community outreach, playing a pivotal role in operating Bebashi's school-based and community pantries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement: Cultivate meaningful relationships with community residents and service providers, showcasing a deep desire to work with people.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly within a team, demonstrating both independent initiative and effective teamwork to achieve common goals.
- Leadership and Motivation: Exhibit strong organizational and motivational leadership skills to drive initiatives that enhance the lives of individuals and their families.
- Effective Communication: Clearly communicate and relate to people from diverse backgrounds. Write referrals and report data associated with community outreach efforts.
- Time Management: Demonstrate strong time management skills to successfully work in the midst of urgency, ensuring the efficient delivery of services.
Background Checks:
- Must be able to pass FBI, PA State, Child Abuse clearance background checks.
- Social media background checks will also be conducted.

- Bilingual Skills: Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license for at least three years with a good driving record.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting at least 30 pounds.
