Job Purpose: As an ambassador of Jesus Christ, the bilingual education assistant is responsible for assisting Spanish-speaking clients during their time at the Aspire Resource Center. This role requires excellent organization, communication, customer service skills, and a heart for discipleship. This position is part-time, working 16-24 hours per week at our Naples location.


Responsibilities:


  1. Client Services:
    • Greet and check-in current clients, schedule future appointments, and answer phone calls.
    • Welcome prospective clients and assist them as needed.
    • Schedule appointments and transportation for clients.
    • Monitor flags from Aspire Women’s clinic to assist with scheduling Spanish-speaking clients for initial intake appointment for Aspire Resource Center.
    • Conduct initial intake with new Spanish-speaking clients.
    • Develop personalized care plans for Spanish-speaking clients, address their unique needs including emotional, spiritual, and material support. Collaborate with Education Coordinator and/or Manager as needed.
    • Document client visits, points, and correspondence on timely basis.
    • Manage a caseload of clients, providing on-going support 1:1.
    • Coordinate with volunteer coaches as needed for client support.
    • Prepare/translate education materials
    • Facilitate group classes as needed.
    • Assist clients with shopping in the boutique.
    • Learn and utilize HopeSync and CarePortal to meet the needs of clients.
    • Provide month-end data related to services provided as requested.


  1. Aspire Resource Center Team Member:
    • Attend trainings/meetings as needed.
    • Work closely with Education Coordinator and Education Manager.
    • Assist in Baby Boutique as needed.
    • Plan and organize special events as needed.
    • Engage in community outreach as needed.
    • Provide month-end data related to services provided (as requested).
    • Communicate with team regarding necessary office supplies and baby boutique items.


Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities (Spanish and English).
    • Experience in customer service or a related field.
    • Ability to manage volunteers and work collaboratively.
    • Proficient in using office software.
