Soccer Shots Part-Time Instructor Position in Columbia/Greater Columbia, SC
Soccer Shots is looking to expand our team of dynamic early childhood part-time instructors to accommodate our growth in the Columbia,SC area. Were passionate about what we do and are looking to add people to our team who feel the same people who are fired up about the idea of impacting the next generation through the game of soccer. Soccer Shots is the #1 Childrens Fitness franchise in the country.
We bring a unique approach to teaching character through the game of soccer. Our curriculum is age-appropriate and aligns with childhood education standards. We want our Soccer Shots sessions to be the BEST 30-45 minutes of each childs week. We operate in preschools, daycares, community centers, as well as public spaces. We have classes Monday-Saturday year-round. We can work within your current schedule and will only schedule you when youre available. Were primarily seeking candidates who are available Monday-Friday from 9:00am-1:00pm or 2:00pm-6:00pm, and Saturdays from 9:00am-11:00am. - Responsible: Arrives early to each session, keeps accurate attendance, communicates well, and can handle a group of 10 or more children.

- Enthusiastic: Must enjoy interacting with young children (2-8 years old), must be animated; able to be silly with the children.
- Soccer: Soccer experience is a plus but is not necessary
- Transportation: Must have your own, reliable transportation and valid license and car insurance. Willing to drive 15-25 miles to a session (gas reimbursement available).
- Attends required coaches meetings
- Knows the curriculum prior to the session
- Conducts high-energy, fun, and organized sessions
- Follows proper on-site protocol for each location (rosters, prize distribution, etc)
- Paid Training
- Lead coach pay: $15 to $22 per session (30-45 minutes)
- Upon cleared DHHS background, coach will qualify for Level 1 pay - $15 per session.
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 20 per week
