Role SummaryAs a Youth Soccer Instructor with Soccer Shots, you will engage with children aged 2-8 in a dynamic soccer program that emphasizes character development and skill enhancement. Your role will involve leading classes primarily during weekday mornings and early afternoons, as well as Saturday mornings.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct engaging soccer sessions for young children, ensuring a fun and educational environment.
- Utilize provided training and coaching materials to deliver high-quality instruction.
- Maintain reliable transportation to travel between various locations for classes.
- Commit to consistent coaching to foster long-term relationships with students.
- Availability for at least 2-4 weekday mornings and early afternoons, along with Saturday mornings.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check.
- Experience working with young children in an educational or coaching capacity.
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
- Prior teaching or coaching experience, particularly with children aged 2-8.
