What Matters Most to the Accounts Payable:
  • Competitive salary of $25.00 per hour
  • Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm , hybrid schedule after completion of 90-day employment, 3 days in office
  • Located in Brandon, FL
  • Direct hire opportunity, eligible for company benefits after 30 days of employment
Your New Role as an Accounts Payable:
  • Review invoices submitted for payment for accuracy, adequate support, and correct coding and proper authorization
  • Review employee credit card transactions, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and procedures
  • Specialize and responsible for one area of the accounts payable function
  • Performs accurate data entry into Solomon software system
  • Basic clerical duties associated with accounts payable
Accounts Payable Skills and Experience:
  • Requires a high school diploma and 2-4 years relevant experience
  • Must be extremely accurate, detail oriented, and well organized
  • Must be able to consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication, time management, and organizational skills are required
  • Strong customer service skills
