Position: On-site Coordinator
Location: Woodland Hills - Southgate, KY.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
- Willingness to undergo drug and background checks upon a job offer.
What You'll Do:
- Ensure maintenance and other homeowner requests are addressed timely, efficiently, and courteously.
- Receive and assign work order requests to on-site Maintenance Technicians.
- Inspect the property to determine maintenance and landscaping requirements, as well as policy violations and safety matters.
- Address community rule violations with violation and enforcement letters, and report issues to the Association Manager and Board when appropriate.
- Draft the annual budget for Board review and adoption.
- Attend regularly scheduled Board meetings; prepare minutes and Board packets for Board approval and review.
- Keep complete, accurate, and up-to-date property files and records; assist with the preparation of the monthly newsletter.
- Provide emergency after-hours answering service.
Office Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with two evening meetings per month.
