Position: On-site Coordinator
Location: Woodland Hills - Southgate, KY.



What We're Looking For:

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure maintenance and other homeowner requests are addressed timely, efficiently, and courteously.
  • Receive and assign work order requests to on-site Maintenance Technicians.
  • Inspect the property to determine maintenance and landscaping requirements, as well as policy violations and safety matters.
  • Address community rule violations with violation and enforcement letters, and report issues to the Association Manager and Board when appropriate.
  • Draft the annual budget for Board review and adoption.
  • Attend regularly scheduled Board meetings; prepare minutes and Board packets for Board approval and review.
  • Keep complete, accurate, and up-to-date property files and records; assist with the preparation of the monthly newsletter.
  • Provide emergency after-hours answering service.


Office Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with two evening meetings per month.
