We are growing and have an immediate opportunity for a Maintenance Technician in our property Carlyle Landing Apartments located in Baltimore, MD  - 168 units approx. 


What you will be doing


  • Prepare apartments for new move in’s and complete “make-ready” process of vacant apartments
  • Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner
  • Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas, including snow, bulk trash and debris removal when needed
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment
  • Required to take emergency pager/phone after hours and responds to emergency calls on a rotating schedule


What you will bring along


  • 2 years experience with painting, entry level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing in a residential property
  • HVAC certification
  • Valid EPA/Universal certifications are highly desired
  • High level of professionalism in both manner and dress
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to read, write and communicate effectively
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong organizational skills and efficient work style 
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required
