Position Overview Lead Coach at BODY20 is a Player/Coach position that leads from the front, working simultaneously with the Studio Manager to achieve Studio Goals in revenue and paying members. This is a full-time, exempt salaried position great for candidates looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization. Responsibilities

Lead the Fitness Coaching Staff team to ensure the smooth operation of the Studio and an exceptional Member and Guest experience during their EMS workouts.

Recruit, train and lead by example the team of Fitness Coaches to deliver excellence in personal one on one training.

Establish monthly goals and accountability in Coaching Team in delivering sessions, demos and demo conversion.

Design and implement customized fitness EMS programs for Members with a focus on their personal objectives and delivering the best experience possible.

Ensure Member retention through exceptional personal service and through measurable progress towards their goals.

Coach Members on the proper use of equipment and exercise techniques during their EMS workouts.

Maintain knowledge and/or participation in all club services, programs and products.

Work with the Studio Manager and Sales Team in administering demo workouts to Prospective Members and meeting goals for sales, retention and referrals.

Adjust and operate all EMS and Fitness Equipment to BODY20 standards.

Keep the studio operating smoothly and ensure an environment consistent with the highest standards of a top-tier boutique fitness studio.

Qualifications

Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (preferred)

CPR/AED certification (preferred)

College degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.

Experience building and leading high-performance teams.

1-3 years of previous Personal Training experience (preferred)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Have a passion for helping others achieve their goals

Must be personable and able to connect positively with others

Possess honesty and personal integrity

Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry

Excel in time management, organizational and follow-up skills

Must be able be medically able and willing to do BODY20 EMS workouts and to lift 50 lbs.
