Paid time off and sick time are offered with increasing tiers based on tenure.Responsibilities Include:Collaborate with Creative Director and marketing team in the definition, planning and execution of the company's strategic and operational marketing goals.Manage all content creation (videos, images, and posts) across all platforms.Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in social media and marketing. Lead development of innovative, results-oriented influencer and social media programs that compel consumers to action and drive business results.Creator-facing outreach, negotiations, communication, and deliverable management.Stay current with the latest developments in influencer & social media campaigns; proactively integrating and advocating new technologies and opportunities.Prepare and present influencer & social media strategies and briefs to internal teams.Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagementMonitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platformsAnalyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaignsIdentify and engage with influencers and industry expertsDevelop and maintain relationships with customers and industry professionalsDesired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field (or minor/emphasis in these fields) is required.1+ years of marketing experience is required, ideally concentrated in digital marketing, social media, and/or community management (influencer marketing experience is also preferred, but not required) Strong knowledge of Adobe suite (photoshop, premiere pro and Illustrator) is highly preferred.Experience in apparel industry, golf industry, or with Adobe Creative cloud is a plus, but not required.Experience with Shopify and web development are also a plus, but not at all required.Soft Skills desired include: Being creative, a good writer, great story teller, positive energy, data analysis, time management, good communication skills, and knowledge of current trends.Who We Are:Fore All is part of the Worldwide Golf family, which includes well-renowned golf retail and e-commerce brands, including:Roger Dunn Golf Shops | Edwin Watts Golf | The Golf Mart | Golfers' Warehouse | Van's Golf Shops | Uinta Golf | Las Vegas Golf Superstore | Golfdom | Mike's Golf Outlet | Golf and Ski Warehouse | Cool Clubs | Worldwidegolf.com | Budgetgolf.com | Globalgolf.com | Getclubs.com
