Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your problem-solving skills addressing both hardware and software issues affecting the performance of our robotic products. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success, satisfaction, and adoption of our products by delivering value through our AI solutions.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, building and maintaining strong relationships. Some evening and weekend coverage may be needed.
  • Advocate for customer needs within the organization, ensuring their concerns and feedback are addressed promptly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues affecting the performance of our robotic products.
  • Provide exceptional support and guidance to customers to ensure they derive maximum value from our AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Occasionally travel to provide advanced customer support.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the technology or robotics industry.
  • Personal or professional experience working with hardware, machinery, equipment, electronics, or robotics. Prior remote support of robotics or complicated machines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate complex concepts to a diverse customer base.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field.
