About Us:
Jibek Jolu restaurants invite guests to experience the exquisite cuisine of Central Asia and Eastern Europe. We take pride in providing our customers with authentic and high-quality dishes. As we expand, we are looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Executive Chef in creating and developing a unique menu.
  • Prepare and present dishes at the highest level.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff.
  • Ensure quality and consistency of dishes.
  • Manage inventory and order ingredients.
  • Maintain hygiene and sanitary standards in the kitchen
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a Sous Chef or similar role.
  • Central Asian and Eastern European cuisine Expirience is preferred
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Professional culinary education
  • Creative approach and striving for excellence.
  • ServeSafe Manager Certificate
