Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Executive Chef in crafting and innovating a distinctive menu.
  • Prepare and showcase dishes to the highest culinary standards.
  • Oversee and mentor kitchen personnel.
  • Guarantee the quality and uniformity of all culinary offerings.
  • Manage stock levels and procure necessary ingredients.
  • Uphold cleanliness and sanitary protocols within the kitchen environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Sous Chef or equivalent position.
  • Familiarity with Central Asian and Eastern European culinary practices is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-pressure kitchen setting.
  • Formal culinary training.
  • Innovative mindset with a commitment to excellence.
  • ServeSafe Manager Certification.
