ACO Board Administrator - Colchester, Vermont (HYBRID ROLE)

Pay: $27-$30 DOE

Hours: M-F, 9am-5pm, with two late nights a month until approximately 6:30pm.

Duration: July 1st-October 31st, 2024


The ACO Board Administrator’s function is to assist the ACO board in completing their work as effectively and efficiently as possible. This includes scheduling, recordkeeping, updating bylaws, coordination of director orientation, preparing board materials, regulatory preparation, and staffing all board meetings, retreats, and committee meetings, along with additional support activities as requested.


  1. Provides administrative staffing to board and committee meetings throughout the network which includes preparing agendas and meeting materials, attending meetings, taking minutes, preparing executive summaries, and keeping accurate records.
  2. Process reimbursements 
  3. Performs duties as requested to ensure the effective and efficient functioning of the board.
  4. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; be front line of support to manage AV and telecommunications equipment to include Zoom and Teams meetings; manage board portal software; learn any additional software programs as required.
  5. Other duties as assigned
