**Job Description -**
They are looking for a seasoned facilities manager. 600,000 square feet building.
Everything about this plant is going well.
Troubleshooting and thinking outside the box.
Going to be in charge of janitorial, fire system, HVAC chillers, and landscaping, forklifts. Have to have knowledge in all of those areas
Need facilities management experience
Have a background in fire system, chillers, air compressor
Going to have to have soft skills, put spreadsheets together
Need good interpersonal skills.
Clear understanding of budgeting process
Have a very good understanding of job hazard
Requirments
- 5 years of facilities management experience, technical background
- MS Office, Excel
-Been a technician and moved up through the ranks. Have to be able to help turn a wrench if needed.
Salary info:
$36 - $36 / hr
