Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent new and existing patient experience through education about Total Primary Care’s various treatment programs and timelines
- Present fees and financial options to patients to facilitate the decision to say ‘yes’
- Determine patient eligibility, limitations and payment estimates necessary to facilitate financial arrangements
- Educate patients on the benefits of treatment and schedule patients to begin treatment
- Check in on patient progress and follow up to ensure patient satisfaction
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, candidates with prior gym membership sales, a personal training background or retail sales strongly encouraged to apply
- Superb communication skills - oral and written
- Knowledge of Men’s Health and various treatment options a plus;
- Erectile Dysfunction therapies
- PRP
- Medical Weight Loss
- Laser & Botox
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Time management skills
- Self Motivation and drive to meet and exceed goals consistently
- Understanding of HIPPA guidelines
Position Type: Full Time, Onsite, In Clinic
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission. Full Benefits, PTO & 401(k) plan.
