This position works with internal clients to proactively pursue, prioritize, edit and distribute content about progress toward meeting the company's business and mission goals, and determine which communications tactics will help staff best internalize information. It is critical that this position intimately understand the company's strategic priorities in order to help ETS staff create the linkage between key initiatives and how they support the corporate strategy. The person in this role will also seek ways to establish new sources of content, improve our processes and refine our distribution channels. The right candidate will be able to balance best practices with client needs, negotiate between various teams with different agendas and produce content for our colleagues that is accurate, timely and compelling. Based on the significant work load which evolves on a daily basis, the position requires very strong project management skills along with the ability to clearly communicate with internal clients and peers within the Corporate Communications team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Seeks out, writes and edits materials for target audiences integrating compelling text, images, videos and links into an appealing and thoughtful online news package.
Supports the corporate strategy and key business initiatives through a detailed personal understanding and continually communicating linkages and priorities to ETS staff.
Develops and curates high-quality content for enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging and enhancing the organization's internal and public image.
Collaborates with executives and subject matter experts to create compelling articles, emails, blog posts, speeches, and presentations for internal publication and speaking engagements.
Manages the strategic dissemination of content across various channels to maximize reach and engagement.
Supports internal communications goals, including ensuring that all ETSers understand the company's business goals and how their work contributes toward those goals, engaging employees in doing the best job they can and helping to create a sense of community.
Provides exemplary project management support to ensure that client needs are consistently met with quality while efficiently working across internal supplier groups.
Keeps abreast of latest in communication trends and brings relevant information to the team.
Drives proactive planning and communications with internal clients, including event execution.
Builds strong relationships with individuals from all departments and at all levels of the organization.
Adheres to ethical standards and complies with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function.
SKILLS
Proven track record of success working in a very fast paced environment, multi-tasking among a large number of work products and internal partners.
Strong time management skills consistently able to meet tight deadlines with high quality.
Ability to anticipate client needs and stay ahead of planned communication activities.
Very strong attention to detail
Demonstrated experience in creating and distributing engaging content.
Proficiency in leveraging digital platforms to enhance visibility and engagement of communications.
Strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills to effectively convey complex ideas in a clear, compelling, and engaging manner for diverse audiences.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills suitable for dealings with all levels of management.
Established journalistic track record and proven editing experience.
Excellent written and oral communications skills; familiarity with AP style preferred.
Able to understand the big picture and translate its relevance to smaller communication/tactics.
Strong project management skills with ability to manage, coordinate and prioritize consistently across large and evolving work portfolio.
Strong negotiation skills with ability to think out of the box to find win-win solutions.
Experience working with individuals and groups on a consultative basis utilizing strong listening skills to understand the needs of clients and transition those needs into a comprehensive solution to meet those needs.
Proven successful leadership skills as it relates to owning and maintaining an internal communication tool.
Strong knowledge of the ETS business.

EDUCATION
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary.
EXPERIENCE
Preferred minimum 5 years' experience in Corporate Communications.
