One of the most beloved resorts in New England, The Woodstock Inn & Resort, is seeking Pastry Externs to join the team. A seasonal opportunity tailored for students currently enrolled in an accredited culinary program that requires an externship.

As a Pastry Extern, you'll step into a pivotal role, contributing to food production and preparation for banquets and a la carte services. This dynamic role offers a diverse experience, working across an array of captivating settings—our main restaurant, country club, Kelly Way Gardens, and even our Ski Resort. We're seeking individuals deeply passionate about pastry arts, thriving in fast-paced environments, and embodying a strong team spirit. Setting yourself apart will hinge on your unwavering enthusiasm for upholding exceptional quality standards.

The role entails overseeing the preparation of all bakery items featured in dining room and room service menus, covering lunch, and dinner. Demonstrating the ability to work autonomously, exercising sound judgment and decision-making in meeting culinary standards and guest expectations.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited culinary program requiring an externship.
