Job Description:
Allegiance Staffing is seeking a meticulous and reliable Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Goldsboro, NC. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet all necessary quality standards before they reach our customers.Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met
  • Perform thorough examinations of all materials and finished products
  • Document inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste, and inputting data into the quality database
  • Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control
  • Monitor operations to ensure they meet production standards
  • Report any defects, deviations, or issues to the supervisor for corrective actions
  • Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods, or stability samples
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Quality Control is a plus
  • Previous experience in quality control or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
  • Keen attention to detail and a results-driven approach
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to read blueprints, technical documents, and manuals
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
