Saddlehill Cellars in gorgeous Voorhees Township, NJ is searching for a full-time Vineyard Greeter to assist our customers with our dynamic hospitality team, right here at our historic winery.

YOUR DAY AS A VINEYARD GREETER

As a Vineyard Greeter, your day begins amidst the picturesque vineyards, ready to welcome guests to our winery. With a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm, you greet visitors and set the tone for their experience. Guiding them through tastings, you share knowledge about our wines and the winemaking process while creating memorable moments for each guest. Whether it's assisting with purchases, offering recommendations, or simply sharing in their joy of exploration, you embody the spirit of hospitality that defines our vineyard. From the first hello to the final goodbye, you ensure every visitor leaves with a smile, eager to return.

YOUR SCHEDULE

Our winery is open six days a week from 11:30 am to 9:00 pm, offering delicious lunch options from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm and delightful dinners from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. We're closed on Mondays, but we've got a variety of shifts including weekends, daytime, and evening shifts.

REQUIREMENTS

• 18+ years old
• Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn basic knowledge of all wines and food pairings
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult customer situations professionally
• Flexible schedule (willing to work 3-4 days a week including weekends, evenings, and holidays)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Passionate about wine (preferred)
• Interested in a long term position (not a summer job)
