Your Role as a Repair Technician:

Combine your technical skills with customer service to provide real solutions. Here's what you'll do:

  • Battery Installation: From gadgets to cars, you'll install batteries in various devices.

  • Key Cutting & Programming: Use your skills to help customers with Car key services.

  • Device Repair: Diagnose and fix phones, tablets, and other electronics.

  • Support Sales: Assist the sales team with your technical knowledge and expertise.

  • Store Operations: Help manage inventory, recycling, and maintain a smooth operation.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Pay: $19.00 - $22.50+ per hour, based on hourly + repair incentives

Training for Excellence:

No prior experience with our products? No problem If you're a tech enthusiast, a problem solver, or just love fixing things, we'll provide the comprehensive training you need. We also provide Wise Level 1 and 2 Repair Certifications as a part of your training enrollment. All you need is mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a desire to learn.

What We're Looking For:

  • Availability for a 5-shift, 40-hour week, including weekends.

  • Strong communication, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions.

  • A valid driver's license and the physical ability to lift 50+ lbs.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.

  • 2+ years of repair experience preferred, but passion and teamwork are key.
