Position Overview

As the Marketing Manager, you will lead our marketing efforts with a strategic mindset, aligning marketing initiatives with our overarching business objectives. Your role will involve developing comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing campaign execution, and analyzing performance to ensure we meet our growth targets and strengthen our market position.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field: MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing management with a strong emphasis on strategic planning and execution. Preferably a service related business.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth.

  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in market research, data analysis, and performance metrics.

  • Strong project management skills with eh ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including Google Analytics and Social-Media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with he company’s business goals. Collaborate with senior leadership to understand key business objectives and produce actionable marketing plans.

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Use insights to drive strategic decisions and enhance our market positioning.

  • Design and oversee integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Manage budget, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution.

  • Monito and analyze campaign performance and key metrics. Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI.

  • Work closely with management and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across all touchpoints. Facilitate communication and collaboration to support unified business objectives.

  • Maintain and evolve the company’s brand identity and positioning in the market. Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Identify opportunities for innovation and implement new strategies to keep the company ahead of the competition.

  • Create search engine-focused content where applicable to increase rankings and traffic.

  • Manage Local Citation Management, including Google My Business.

  • Manage all Wordpress Plugins and Components to ensure the websites function correctly.

  • Oversee all Google AdWords campaigns across all Seegars Fence markets.

  • Create and manage the internal newsletter “The Fence Line” targeting special events, training, and updates for team members.

  • Collaborate with agencies and other partners to gather outside expertise for website development or content enhancements.

  • Utilize knowledge of CRM and lead management systems to design and integrate automated lead nurturing systems.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

  • Help research potential market growth as well as create and deploy new market advertising.

  • A minimum of 2 hours of continuing education each quarter.
