Main Responsibilities are
-Scheduling
-Job walks with Project Manager
-Contact person for Client
-Job Profitability/ Job Buy outs
-Material Selections
-Working with/ Scheduling Subcontractors
-Updating Electronic Job Management Software
Managing Fire Technicians

Must have
-Valid CA Drivers License
-Clean Driving Record
-Reasonable Driving Record

Pay is dependent upon Industry Knowledge and Experience.

At DKS we mostly deal with Residential Projects but we do also oversee the reconstruction of Large Commercial jobs also.
