Role Description:
? Be able to architect and develop comprehensive Oracle ERP cloud HCM payroll solutions.
? Understand Oracle offerings (including, but not limited to HCM and Payroll) across Cloud and develop thought capital to continuously evolve.
? Solution opportunities to fit the requirements and needs of customers
? Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams to scope, solution, propose, close and delivery complex HCM cloud engagements.
Essential Skills:
? Excellent insight and practical knowledge of Cloud HCM Payroll and the various Oracle products and services.
? Lead successful delivery of consulting engagements.
? Minimum of 10 years of functional experience in the any ERP (PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business)
? Modules: Core HCM, Payroll, Time & Labor and d good understanding not limited to Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review and Succession Management, Workforce Compensation.
? Minimum of 1 full life cycle implementation with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Payroll.
? Optional: 1 or more years public sector HCM payroll implementation experience.
? Strong verbal and written executive communication skills

? Experience with project management, solutioning and delivery.
? Skilled at project planning and management including advising on workshop facilitation, deliverables, application configuration, comprehensive testing to ensure successful go-live, and business process best practices.
