Role Summary:
The Sr. Analyst, MRP Production role will manage all Pre-prod and manufacturing responsibilities for Paramount Home Entertainment (“PHE”) Catalog (“CAT”)/Promo SKU’s and all New Release (“NR”)/CAT/Promo sku’s for Lumistella and TOHO. The following tasks apply to all three Partners as well as any potential new Partners that the analyst may be assigned, or expand to supporting additional studios.

Essential Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Review PHE CAT DSR for both US/CA daily and execute builds
    • Will need to reach out to PHE for approval/direction based on specific guidelines
  • Review Lumistella and TOHO DSR for both US/CA for all NR and CAT and execute builds
  • Manage PHE sell down smartsheet
    • Add titles for PHE review (ex: SD, cutout, additional DG buy)
  • Place dry good orders from DSR
  • Create audit letters as required
  • Manage BOM issues log
  • Manage quality issues from Vantiva and Sono including BOM issues and any ad hoc requests
  • Manage exception call as required
  • Manage all reset calls with Vantiva. Address FG/DG shortages where needed
  • Review and update due date change report
  • Review and update Sonopress open order report
    • Provide due dates
    • Priorities
    • Exceptions
  • Review and update priorities report daily
  • Review and update inventory inquiry report
  • Manage all new release and catalog sku’s for the following new Partners
    • Lumistella
    • TOHO
  • Manage Pre-prod responsibilities
    • Create BOMs for PHE (VAS/PROMO/MOD, plus assist NR where required)
    • Create all NR/CAT BOMs for Lumistella/TOHO (and any new potential partner)
    • Assist PHE NR analyst with BOMs as needed
    • Update all master data fields as required
  • Cost dry goods for all Partners
  • Manage WMT MOD (Feb, June, Oct) including analysis of builds, dry goods, reworks, transfer of finished goods/dry goods
    • Issue all purchase order for MOD
    • Coordinate with Sono/Vantiva as required and DG vendors
    • Provide priorities as required
    • Work with PHE or other Partners as needed for exceptions
  • Manage Black Friday sku’s
  • Issue purchase orders and reworks as needed
  • Manage Pre-Prod audits with BPO
    • Case audits
    • Item category
    • Other audits as needed
  • Provide ETA’s to OM or internal teams as requested
  • Provide VAS/Promo PHE updates on cross functional call
  • Manage PTR call with PHE
  • Create ad hoc reports as requested from Partner or manager
  • Prepare ad hoc presentations as requested by the Partner or manager.
  • Create SOP’s where needed and as required
  • Provide coverage for NR or Partners team as required
  • Lead studio & partner meetings
    • Support coverage for other studio partners within MRP
  • Primary contact for assigned Partners
    • These partners can reach out to analyst for any questions, issues, requests
  • Lead ad hoc projects
  • Conduct post mortem analysis
  • Train and oversee BPO team

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
  • 3+ years hands-on inventory management
  • Working knowledge of transactional inventory management using SAP preferred.
  • Experience in inventory accounting a plus
  • Experience in managing consignment inventory preferred
  • Ability to travel to the third-party fulfilment centers for annual physical inventory (Memphis, TN or Charlotte, NC)

  • Ability to communicate effectively to management, vendors and third parties
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic team environment and prioritize under pressure
  • Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Proficient in Office 365 including Microsoft Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
