Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Coordinate Deliveries with internal stakeholders
  • Assign tasks using Microsoft Teams Task Manager
  • Taking customer communications and turning them into action items for team members to complete
  • File Management and Submittal Tracking
  • CAD Detailing - Ability to update Shop Drawings and Create Shop Drawings proficiently
Qualifications:
  • Superb leadership capability, organizational skills, time-management abilities, and communication skills
  • Construction or project management software experience is a significant plus
  • Experienced in CAD software with the ability to produce Construction Shop Drawings
