SCPA is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain a clean and safe work environment for our staff and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Empty trash cans and replace liners
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
  • Dust furniture and fixtures
  • Clean restrooms, including sanitizing toilets, sinks, and countertops
  • Wipe down windows and glass doors
  • Report any maintenance or safety concerns
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
  • Follow all SCPA safety protocols and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a janitorial or cleaning role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent physical condition, able to perform tasks that require bending, stooping, and lifting up to 25 lbs
  • Reliable transportation (may be required)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (depending on operational needs)
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
