Job DescriptionJob Description

Join a team in Richmond, VA that prioritizes the development and achievements of its members. Seeking enthusiastic Movers/Helpers/Packers to grow their skills and income through our training program. Our collaborative setting promotes teamwork, effective communication, and a strong commitment to meeting customer needs.

Compensation:

$15 - $17 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and safely move, pack, and unpack customer items, ensuring their careful handling
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and move coordinators
  • Follow directions from the Team Leader and report any pre-existing damage to items
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
  • Maintain punctuality and flexibility in work schedules
Qualifications:

  • Pass a background check, drug screen, and driving record check
  • Maintain a regular and dependable attendance record
  • Be able to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • Be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to operate an electric lift, hand truck, and pallet jack is preferred but not required
